压缩空气 膜 板

飞膜过滤板在排水表面下有一个可以充气的腔室。在挤压过程中可使用高压挤压水或压缩空气。PP膜滤板原理:过滤后，将高压水或压缩空气泵入板腔，使板表面紧贴滤饼膨胀。因此，PP膜挤压系统的过滤周期比普通过滤短。高效膜滤板，进一步降低滤饼水分。飞膜板用于降低滤饼含水率或缩短过滤周期时间。一体式PP膜过滤板是由一块PP材料芯板和两片膜片焊接而成。混合包膜是最常见的配置-(一个嵌入式板，然后一个膜板交替在压板包)。最终产品产生节省整体板包成本。膜板通常在高达6巴的进料压力和16巴的挤压压力下工作。 Special plates can be designed to accept higher feed and squeeze pressures.
